Using this website

You’re welcome to read, browse, and share links to this site. In return, I ask that you don’t misuse it — no attempting to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site, and nothing unlawful. This site is intended for adults; children are welcome to enjoy the books, but purchases and sign-ups should be made by an adult.

My words and artwork

The writing on this site — poems, stories, book text, blog posts — and the book illustrations are my own creative work (or used with permission) and are protected by copyright. You may quote a short passage with credit, but please don’t copy, reproduce, sell, or redistribute my books or their contents without my written permission. When you buy an ebook, it’s for your own personal reading, not for resale or sharing.

Buying books

• Ebooks are sold and delivered through Payhip. Payment is handled securely by Payhip and its payment partners — I never see or store your card details. Your download is delivered automatically after purchase.
• Physical books may be available through a retailer such as Takealot, or ordered directly from me by WhatsApp or email with proof of payment. Where a retailer handles the sale, their terms apply to that purchase.
• Prices and availability can change, and some titles are still forthcoming. I do my best to keep everything accurate, but I can’t promise the site is always free of errors.

Links to other sites

This site links to trusted third parties — Payhip for checkout, Takealot for physical orders, and my social media pages. I’m not responsible for the content or practices of those sites; once you leave here, their own terms and privacy policies apply.

No guarantees

I offer this website and its content as they are, with care but without formal warranties. To the extent the law allows, I’m not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under South African consumer law that can’t be excluded.
